About me

My path to UX wasn't exactly a straight line, but it’s always had a consistent heartbeat. Whether I was working as a consultant, a Salesforce trainer, or an HR Learning Partner, I found myself obsessed with the same question: What do people actually need to get their work done, and how do we get out of their way?

Eventually, I realized there was a name for that: UX design.

Since 2024 I've completed professional diplomas in UX Design, UI Design, and Designing for Accessibility at the UX Design Institute. Most of what's on this page started as something I wanted to learn, and there's almost always something new in the rotation. I co-founded the UX tribe at Cream Consulting to bring user-centered thinking into how we build our internal tools. Visual design has been part of my journey for longer, from student newsrooms in Norway (ask me about the UKEN festival's bus; it’s still my favorite project).

I bring a trainer's instinct for clarity, a consultant's comfort with stakeholders, and a designer's eye for what works. I'm drawn to problems where business context and design rigor have to coexist, and to teams that take accessibility seriously.
